1. Disclaimer and Boundaries
The astrology services provided through Miracles of the Moon are intended for personal insight and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice. I am not a licensed or certified professional in any of these fields.
When booking a session, please clearly state the intention of your reading. I do not offer readings:
• For third parties (i.e., individuals not present or directly involved),
• Or in relation to topics or intentions that make me feel uncomfortable.
I reserve the right to decline any reading that conflicts with my personal or ethical boundaries, at my discretion.
2. Payment
Payments are accepted via Stripe (including Apple Pay and major credit cards). You may also contact me to arrange payment via PayPal or bank transfer.
All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Your session or service is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
3. Cancellation Policy – Consultations
You may cancel your astrology consultation for a full refund if done at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to our scheduled session.
Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable due to the preparatory work involved.
You may reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours in advance. Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will not be accommodated and will be treated as a late cancellation.
4. No-Show and Late Arrival – Consultations
I will wait up to 10 minutes past our scheduled start time. If you do not arrive within that window, the session will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
Please ensure you are on time to receive the full value of your session.
5. Refund Policy – Other Astrology Services
(For example: written question responses, travel readings, etc.)
These services require significant time, energy, and preparation. As a small independent business, each booking represents a meaningful investment of resources. For this reason, all purchases of astrology services are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is a priority. In order to prepare your reading, I collect your birth date, time, and place. This information is stored securely through the astrology software I use (astro.com and/or Time Passengers).
Your personal data will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent. If you would like your data to be deleted after your session, simply let me know and I will ensure its removal.
7. Health Declaration – Cacao Ceremonies
Participation in any cacao ceremony or moon circle offered by Miracles Of the Moon is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. These sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychological care and are not recommended for individuals with a history of severe mental illness, including psychosis or mania.
By attending, you confirm that you are in suitable physical and mental condition to participate, or that you take full responsibility for your well-being. Please inform the facilitator of any relevant medical conditions, including pregnancy or recent surgery, prior to the ceremony.
By joining, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any outcomes and waive any and all claims against Miracles Of the Moon and its facilitators, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
