happiness? come back to the present moment

When we loose the present moment and being in the now: our brain starts to go all sorts of directions.

Maybe to past situations that have happened, analyzing them, again and again. Reliving nice moments to feel better. Reliving not nice moments to be sad, blame yourself and self pity.

Maybe to the future, fantasizing about places to travel, relationships to be in, projections on people, thinking of when I have this car, house, clothes etc.

This does not bring us happiness.

Being in the present moment. Connecting to what we do. That is when the magic happens.
