Lima is the capital city in Peru and even though it is a dangerous city full of drug trafficking, pickpockets and criminal activity. It is also a beautiful coastal city with two main tourist neighborhoods called Miraflores and Barranco. Just writing down some veggie, vegan, thrift shopping tips.
The hostel I stayed was called Rainbow hostel and it is very nice, a bit loud sometimes, but there is a kitchen and the price / location are great.
