When we incorporate beautiful moments in our daily routine, life becomes totally magical. Here I wrote down some tips that came to me!
Create time to connect to your physical body, by yoga, walking or another movement practice.
Time for mindfulness, no music, no TV show, just presence. Maybe this is meditation practice or maybe it is being totally mindful while doing laundry or cooking.
Time to connect with your womb space on a daily basis. Create a little moment to say hello and to remind her that you are listening to tryout inner wisdom and voice.
Self love time, whether this is oiling your body, reading a good book or meeting with friends. Whatever your soul needs.
Spending some time in nature, even one plant connects us to Mother Earth. So go for a walk in the park, visit the forest or go sit next to your home plant and just look at her for a few minutes.
Be kind to everyone you encounter during your day, have compassion and remember we are all children of the same mother.
Take a break from your phone every day. Buy an alarm clock or a clock in your kitchen. So you don’t have to be on your phone. Or go into plane mode.
