Recently I met a person in a sacred space who to my observation was not very aware of the environment.
I wondered with him what it was, a lack of empathy, understanding how society works or maybe a high focus on the self. For sure a lack of consideration for other people and the space.
Loud music in sacred spaces, during breakfast early in the morning and singing next to people when they are in the shower. Not checking in if someone is ok with actions as loud talking, music, smoking, touching, photo taking and loud sounds. Constantly sharing and pushing opinions on people as if that is the truth.
Not sensing other peoples needs, reactions and just very non-observant.
This is totally fine and we can not all be extreme empaths nor is that needed, but a basic consideration of other humans is very much preferred.
Interesting to be around a person like this. A wonderful way to practice kind and caring boundaries!
