Yoga is one of the most important practices in my life. It’s how I return to my breath, my body, and my center when the world feels loud or overwhelming.
I teach slow flow Hatha yoga – gentle, grounded, and moving. Including Asana, Pranayama and meditation practice. These sessions are invitations to soften the mind, reconnect to your breath, and move with awareness.
Soon I will also do another training for pre and post natal yoga to guide moms to be and new moms through this process.
