There is something magical about friendships – my soul sisters. Especially when you start to notice the patterns written in the stars.
Over the years, I’ve come to realize that many of my closest soul sisters share some powerful astrological themes. We were drawn to each other before we even understood why. But now I see the deeper threads: a shared moon sign, a 12th house sun, or a strong connection to the water and fire elements. The charts speak the same language our hearts already knew.
What stands out the most?
So many of my friends are Pisces, Cancer, Sagittarius, or Scorpio – signs that are deeply intuitive, emotional, freedom-loving, and spiritually inclined. Many of them also have strong 12th or 8th house placements, meaning they’re sensitive souls, often navigating invisible realms: dreams, emotions, healing, creativity, the subconscious.
A few fun patterns:
- Sagittarius moons show up again and again – bringing humor, depth, and a craving for meaning and movement.
- Cancer moons bring safety and softness.
- 12th house Suns or planets suggest a life path that’s intuitive, mystical, and often hidden from the surface.
- And Scorpio placements? Deep waters. They hold space for transformation – in themselves and in me.
Even without knowing their charts, I’ve always felt that these women see me. We hold space for each other, whether it’s laughing through tears, sending each other songs, or processing big emotional waves. These are the women who remind me who I am – over and over again.
Astrology doesn’t limit these friendships – it just gives language to what already exists. It helps me understand how my Cancer Moon friend might need more emotional check-ins, or how my Sag Moon friend needs space and play. It reminds me that some people communicate through energy more than words – and that’s okay. That’s beautiful, actually.
I used to wonder why I was blessed with such a powerful, soul-level sisterhood. But now I think: maybe we planned it that way. Maybe our souls signed up to meet again in this lifetime – to support, to grow, to witness, to remind each other. I’d like to think so.
I’m endlessly grateful.
And if you’re reading this, maybe you’ve noticed some astrological patterns in your own friendships, too. Look at their Moon signs. Their 11th house. Where you overlap. You might be surprised by how aligned it all is.
Because soul family always finds a way ♥︎
