Do you know our body is constantly working for us. Day and night, all day and all night. There are so many systems. It is a magical thing that it just knows how to keep going and regulate itself. Therefor some food is important. To feed our body. To keep these systems going.
I eat to feed the friendly bacteria’s in my body.
On the other hand food and eating can help us feel more grounded. Especially sensitive people get easily overstimulated and some food can bring us back to earth. Also if you are an overthinker and much in your head, food can ground you.
