Vibrations and energy fields are all around us. Everything is energy. Sometimes we loose our vibration a little and things start to be going spiraling down.
But how to keep your vibration high? There are many ways and I will be sharing some of the things that help me. I mainly focus on Satvic diet, this helps me a lot. Share with me your practices and what helps you!
❈ Food: nourishing food, that is alive, clean and fresh.
❈ Music: be aware of the music you are consuming, the lyrics, the melody.
❈ Sound healing: listen to some sessions with high frequencies on YouTube, this can bring you back instantly.
❈ People: how strawberries effect each other, so do humans. Spend your time with high vibrational people.
❈ Content: social media and books, anything that does not bring you a spark – delete.
❈ Mindfullness: be aware of how to work with the mind, techniques such as pranayama (breathwork) can guide us when we spiral.
❈ Movement: implement using your body, asana practice, walking – or anything you like to do.
❈ Nature: connect with the world around you, especially if you live in a concrete jungle aka the city, get some plants in your house, take trips to nature in the weekend or after work.
❈ Crystals: for protection and good energy.
