What did I bring for a around the world backpacking trip. The start of a new chapter. I started this trip in Nepal and from there moved on to Indonesia, where I know currently am.
I want to share with you my packing list for what I took with me. I use a 55L Patagonia backpack, I have used the Osprey 40L before for shorter trips and a 65L one for a longer trip, but I decided I wanted a size in the middle.
In Nepal it was very quite cold in the beginning – some of my clothing will finish their lives here after my three months were done.

did not make it out of Nepal with me.
Instead I purchased 2 flowly skirts: a black one and a white one for the beach and for the protection of the sun. I also bought some Tibetan prayer flags, lots of incense and some souvenirs for friends.
