75 min Hatha yoga class structure

While I was in my YTTC I learned a nice structure for a 75 minute Hatha yoga class sequence.

A)
Opening: 3-5 min
Introduction, what are you teaching, ask for injuries
Mediation posture, check the alignment
Breath and body observation
3 times AUM and 1 mantra

B)
Sitting sequence 20 min
Joint practice
Variation sequence 15 min
Standing sequence 20 min
Sun salutations (5 traditional, 5 modern)
Final posture 5 min

C)
Relaxation 5-7 min
Restorative pose
Savasana

D)
Closing 3-5 min
Meditation posture, check alignment
Breath and body observation
1 AUM and 1 mantra
