3 month Nepal itinerary

Nepal is one of the most beautiful countries I have ever visited. The nature is outstanding and the people are extremely friendly. In my 3 months here I enjoyed it a lot. I would love to share this slow travel itinerary with you.

Kathmandu (7 days)
I spend some time exploring the capital and meeting amazing people. I also got sick and had to recover from the jetlag. I stayed in Wanderthirst Hostel.

Kopan monastery (10 days)
Learned more about the Tibetan culture and religious insights. Buddhism is very interesting. I recommend this place to everyone, it is so calm and peaceful.

Trekking (4 days + 8 days)
I did two different treks. The first one was Poon Hill with girls I met in Kopan. We did it in 4 days. It was beautiful.
The second trek we again did Poon Hill, but continued to the hot springs and Mardi Himal trek. It was amazing to see the nature in Nepal. We stayed in tea houses along the trek.

Yoga teacher training (21 days)
I did another 200h YTTC training at Pokhara Yoga School. It was amazing!

Pokhara (7 days + 5 days + 20 days)
Spend a lot of time here, relaxing, practicing yoga, integration the YTTC and recovering from the treks.
I stayed in Kiwi hostel, Nature Peace Hotel, Zostel and Harmony Hotel. The last one was my favorite.

Kathmandu + flight out of Nepal (3 days)
Saying goodbye to this country in the busy capital and making my planning towards my next country.
