Ever since I was little I had a difficult relationship with food. I struggled eating veggies and when I lived on my own as a student I was eating very unhealthy.
After some transformation and growth as a person I realized our bodies need fuel to do all these wonderful things for us. All day and night they are working hard.
I learned more about the industry of animals and about the energetical way eating these products impact us. I decided to do some test runs and came to the conclusion that for me eating plants is the best option.
Learning more about HSP I realized foods overstimulated me when they had an intense taste, texture and/or smell: imagine them all combined. It is interesting to learn about the “why” but it is not a necessity in order to change.
