In June 2023 I spend some weeks in Portugal, I was washing my hands at an eco friendly sink. once I turned off the tab of water, I realized that the water was still flowing in the ground, making its way down.
It made me realize that even though we stop doing certain actions or behaviors, or we make a change in our life. This does not mean the after math or consequences of our actions will stop straight away.
Take time, wait, relax and the changes you make will have the results.
